摘要
在工业4.0的推动下,职业教育如何通过数字化转型实现高质量发展成为教育4.0的重要议题。以鲜明的时代特征和鲜活的中国特色为背景,从宏观、中观、微观和联动四个层面对中国职业教育的发展进行了全面梳理和探讨。首先,从宏观角度审视中国职业教育的招生规模、功能定位和发展历程,凸显了职业教育数字化转型的必然趋势。其次,从中观角度探讨工业4.0为中国职业教育带来的挑战和机遇,并提出了构建符合国情和时代要求的新型职业教育模式的策略。然后,从微观角度结合数字化时代的职业需求,探讨了职业院校教育资源、教学方法和教学环境的变革路径。最后,从联动视角探讨了高职院校适应职业教育数字化转型和智能化升级的具体措施,以增强职业院校培养数字化技术技能人才和服务数字经济发展的能力。
Driven by Industry 4.0,how vocational education can realize high-quality development through digital transformation has become an important topic of Education 4.0.Against the backdrop of distinctive characteristics of the times and vivid Chinese characteristics,this paper comprehensively comprehends and discusses the development of vocational education in China from four levels:macro,meso,micro and linkage.First,the enrollment scale,functional positioning and development history of vocational education in China are examined from a macro perspective,highlighting the inevitable trend of digital transformation of vocational education.Secondly,from a meso perspective,it discusses the challenges and opportunities brought by Industry 4.0 to vocational education in China,and puts forward the strategy of constructing a new model of vocational education that meets the national conditions and the requirements of the times.Then,from the micro perspective,it explores the change paths of educational resources,teaching methods and teaching environments in vocational colleges and universities,taking into account the vocational needs in the digital era.Finally,specific measures for higher vocational colleges to adapt to the digital transformation and intelligent upgrading of vocational education are explored from the linkage perspective,in order to enhance the ability of vocational colleges to cultivate digital technical and skilled talents and serve the development of digital economy.
