摘要
针对光伏系统发电模块输出电压低、DC/DC变换器输入电流纹波大等问题,提出一种基于磁集成的零输入电流纹波高增益直流变换器。该变换器在改进型Sepic电路结构的基础上,将输入电感与变压器进行磁集成设计,使变换器只用一个磁性元件即可实现高增益和零输入电流纹波。该文详细分析所提变换器的工作原理以及输入电流零纹波特性、电压增益特性和开关器件应力特性,给出关键参数设计,并详细阐述磁集成设计方案。搭建1台143 W、56 V/380 V的实验样机,验证理论分析的正确性。
A high gain DC converter with zero input current ripple based on magnetic integration is proposed in order to solve the problems of low output power of PV power module and large input current ripple of DC/DC converter.Based on the improved Sepic circuit structure,the input inductor and transformer are magnetically integrated so that the converter can actualize high gain and zero input current ripple with only one magnetic element.This paper describes the working principle of the proposed converter,the zero ripple property of the input current,the voltage gain,and the stress property of the switching device.the key parameters are designed,and the magnetic integration design scheme is elaborated in detail.In order to prove the correctness of the theoretical analysis,a 143 W,56 V/380 V prototype is established.
