阿司匹林联合低分子肝素治疗习惯性流产的临床效果

Clinical Effect of Aspirin Combined with Low Molecular Weight Heparin in the Treatment of Habitual Abortion

目的:探讨阿司匹林联合低分子肝素治疗习惯性流产(RSA)的临床效果。方法:选取2021年11月—2023年3月沂南妇幼保健院收治的RSA孕妇74例为研究对象,依据随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组,各37例。对照组采用阿司匹林治疗,观察组在对照组基础上联合低分子肝素治疗。比较两组妊娠结局、凝血指标、治疗相关指标。结果:观察组足月分娩率、活产率均高于对照组,流产率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后,两组纤溶酶原激活物抑制剂、D-二聚体水平低于治疗前,凝血酶时间长于治疗前,观察组优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组流产孕周、分娩周期长于对照组,分娩出血量少于对照组,住院时短于对照组,差异有统计意义(P<0.001)。结论:阿司匹林联合低分子肝素治疗RSA的临床效果显著,可改善孕妇凝血指标、妊娠结局,延长分娩周期。

Objective:To investigate the clinical effect of aspirin combined with low molecular weight heparin in the treatment of habitual abortion(RSA).Methods:Seventy-four RSA pregnant women admitted to Yinan Maternal and Child Health Hospital from November 2021 to March 2023 were selected as the study objects,and were divided into control group and observation group according to random number table method,with thirty-seven cases in each group.The control group was treated with aspirin,and the observation group was treated with low molecular weight heparin.Pregnancy outcome,coagulation index and treatment-related index were compared between the two groups.Results:The full-term delivery rate and live birth rate of the observation group were higher than those of the control group,and the abortion rate was lower than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);after treatment,the levels of plasminogen activator inhibitor and D-dimer were lower than before treatment,and the thrombin time was longer than before treatment,the observation group was better than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);the observation group had longer abortion gestational week and delivery cycle than the control group,the amount of delivery bleeding was less than the control group,and the hospitalization time was shorter,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.001).Conclusion:The clinical effect of aspirin combined with low molecular weight heparin in the treatment of RSA is significant,which can improve the coagulation index of pregnant women,pregnancy outcome,and prolong the delivery cycle.
