血液灌流技术在有机磷农药中毒患者抢救中的应用效果

摘要 目的:分析血液灌流技术在有机磷农药中毒患者抢救中的应用效果。方法:选取2023年3月—2024年3月怒江傈僳族自治州人民医院收治的有机磷农药中毒患者60例作为研究对象,随机分为对照组(常规治疗)和观察组(在对照组基础上给予血液灌流技术),各30例。比较两组治疗效果、炎性因子指标[C反应蛋白(CRP)、白细胞介素-8(IL-8)]、并发症发生情况。结果:观察组总有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P=0.030);治疗后,两组CRP、IL-8水平均低于治疗前,观察组低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组并发症发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:血液灌流技术在有机磷农药中毒患者抢救中的应用效果理想,可减轻身体炎性反应,且安全性较高。 Objective:To analyze the application effect of hemoperfusion technique in the resuscitation of patients with organophosphorus pesticide poisoning.Methods:Sixty cases of organophosphorus pesticide poisoning patients admitted to Nujiang Lisu Autonomous Prefecture People's Hospital from March 2023 to March 2024 were selected as the study object,and were randomly divided into the control group(conventional treatment)and the observation group(blood perfusion technology was given on the basis of the control group),each of which consisted of thirty cases.The treatment effect,inflammatory factor indexes[C-reactive protein(CRP),interleukin-8(IL-8)],and the occurrence of complications were compared between the two groups.Results:The total effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P=0.030);after treatment,the CRP and IL-8 levels of the two groups were lower than those before treatment,and the observation group was lower than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);when comparing the incidence of complications in the two groups,the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05).Conclusion:The application of hemoperfusion technology in the resuscitation of patients with organophosphorus pesticide poisoning has an ideal effect,which can reduce the inflammatory reaction of the body and has a high degree of safety.
