常规治疗联合杞菊地黄汤治疗肝肾亏虚型原发性高血压的效果分析

Effect of Conventional Treatment Combined with Qiju Dihuang Decoction on Primary Hypertension with Deficiency of Liver and Kidney

目的:分析常规治疗联合杞菊地黄汤在肝肾亏虚型原发性高血压患者中的治疗效果。方法:选取2021年3月—2022年5月玉林市中医医院收治的肝肾亏虚型原发性高血压患者100例作为研究对象,以随机数字表法分为对照组(50例,给予常规治疗)与试验组(50例,在对照组基础上给予杞菊地黄汤治疗)。比较两组血压水平、治疗效果、不良反应发生情况。结果:治疗后,两组收缩压、舒张压水平均降低,试验组低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);试验组治疗总有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P=0.046);试验组不良反应总发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P=0.037)。结论:在常规治疗基础上应用杞菊地黄汤治疗有助于改善肝肾亏虚型原发性高血压患者血压水平,减少不良反应发生,治疗效果显著。

Objective:To analyze the therapeutic effect of conventional treatment combined with Qiju Dihuang Decoction in patients with essential hypertension caused by deficiency of liver and kidney.Methods:A total of one hundred patients with essential hypertension with liver and kidney deficiency treated in Yulin Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from March 2021 to May 2022 were selected as the study objects.Randomized number table method was used to divide the control group(50 cases,given conventional treatment)and the experimental group(50 cases,given Qiju Dihuang Decoction on the basis of the control group).Blood pressure level,therapeutic effect and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results:After treatment,the systolic blood pressure and diastolic blood pressure levels of both groups were decreased,and the experimental group was lower than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);the total effective rate of experimental group was higher than that of control group,the difference was statistically significant(P=0.046);the total incidence of adverse reactions in experimental group was lower than that in control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P=0.037).Conclusion:The application of Qiju Dihuang Decoction on the basis of conventional treatment is helpful to improve the blood pressure level of patients with essential hypertension with liver and kidney deficiency,reduce the occurrence of adverse reactions,and the therapeutic effect is remarkable.
