针对性护理在血液净化治疗肾功能衰竭患者中的应用效果

Application Effect of Targeted Nursing in Blood Purification Treatment of Patients with Renal Failure

目的:探讨针对性护理在血液净化治疗肾功能衰竭患者中的应用效果。方法:选取2022年1月—2023年4月于广州中医药大学第一附属医院进行血液净化治疗的肾功能衰竭患者88例为研究对象,随机分为对照组和观察组,各44例。对照组采用常规临床护理模式,观察组在对照组基础上采用针对性护理。比较两组并发症发生率、生活质量评分。结果:观察组并发症发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P=0.049)。护理前,两组社会功能、生活状态、躯体功能、心理功能评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);护理后,两组社会功能、生活状态、躯体功能、心理功能评分均高于护理前,观察组高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:针对性护理应用于血液净化治疗肾功能衰竭患者中,可保证护理效果,降低并发症发生率,提高患者生活质量。

Objective:To explore the effect of targeted nursing in blood purification treatment of patients with renal failure.Methods:A total of eighty-eight patients with renal failure who underwent blood purification treatment in the First Affiliated Hospital of Guangzhou University of Traditional Chinese Medicine from January 2022 to April 2023 were selected as the study objects,and were randomly divided into control group and observation group,with forty-four patients in each group.The control group was treated with routine clinical nursing mode,and the observation group was treated with targeted nursing based on the control group.The complication rate and quality of life score were compared between the two groups.Results:The complication rate of the observation group was lower than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P=0.049).Before nursing,there was no significant difference in the scores of social function,living status,physical function and psychological function between the two groups(P>0.05);after nursing,the scores of social function,living status,physical function and psychological function of the two groups were higher than before nursing,and the observation group was higher than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The application of targeted nursing in the treatment of renal failure patients with blood purification can ensure the nursing effect,reduce the incidence of complications and improve the quality of life of patients.
