精细化护理在新生儿重症监护室患儿中的应用价值

The Application Value of Refined Nursing Care in Children in Neonatal Intensive Care Unit

目的:分析精细化护理在新生儿重症监护室(NICU)患儿中的应用价值。方法:选取2022年1月—2023年8月滨州医学院附属医院NICU收治的重症患儿74例为研究对象,通过随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组,各37例。对照组采用常规护理,观察组采用精细化护理。比较两组住院时间、并发症发生率及家长护理满意度。结果:观察组NICU住院时间及总住院时间均短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组并发症发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P=0.013);观察组家长护理满意度高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P=0.015)。结论:对NICU患儿应用精细化护理能够有效降低患儿并发症发生率,缩短患儿住院时间,提高家长护理满意度。

Objective:To analyze the application value of refined nursing care in children in neonatal intensive care unit(NICU).Methods:Selected seventy-four cases of critical infants admitted to the NICU of the Affiliated Hospital of Binzhou Medical College from January 2022 to August 2023 as the study object,and divided into the control group and the observation group by the method of randomized numerical table,each of which was thirty-seven cases.The control group used conventional nursing,and the observation group used refined nursing care.The hospitalization time,complication rate and parents'satisfaction with nursing care were compared between the two groups.Results:The NICU hospitalization time and total hospitalization time of the observation group were shorter than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);the complication rate of the observation group was lower than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P=0.013);the satisfaction of parental care of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P=0.015).Conclusion:The application of refined nursing care to children in NICU can effectively reduce the complication rate of children,shorten the hospitalization time of children,and improve the satisfaction of parental care.
