摘要
目的:研究血清淀粉样蛋白A(SAA)、降钙素原(PCT)、C反应蛋白(CRP)在小儿早期病毒性和细菌性呼吸道感染鉴别诊断中的应用效果。方法:选取2022年1月—2023年1月重庆市武隆区人民医院收治的呼吸道感染患儿100例为研究对象,根据感染类型分为细菌感染组(n=40,细菌性呼吸道感染)和病毒感染组(n=60,病毒性呼吸道感染),另选取同期进行健康体检的儿童50例作为对照组,均进行SAA、PCT、CRP检测。比较三组SAA、PCT、CRP水平,SAA、PCT和CRP水平阳性检出率及联合检测阳性率。结果:细菌感染组SAA、PCT、CRP水平高于病毒感染组、对照组,病毒感染组SAA、PCT、CRP水平高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);细菌感染组SAA、PCT、CRP阳性检出率和联合检测阳性率高于病毒感染组、对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:小儿早期病毒性和细菌性呼吸道感染的鉴别诊断中应用SAA、PCT、CRP水平联合检测的效果较好,可指导临床进行针对性治疗。
Objective:To study the application effect of serum amyloid A(SAA),procalcitonin(PCT)and C-reactive protein(CRP)in the differential diagnosis of early viral and bacterial respiratory tract infection in children.Methods:A total of one hundred children with respiratory tract infection treated in Chongqing Wulong District People's Hospital from January 2022 to January 2023 were selected as the study objects.According to the infection type,they were divided into bacterial infection group(n=40,bacterial respiratory tract infection)and viral infection group(n=60,viral respiratory tract infection).In addition,fifty children who underwent physical examination during the same period were selected as the control group,and SAA,PCT and CRP were detected.The levels of SAA,PCT and CRP,the positive detection rate of SAA,PCT and CRP and the positive rate of combined detection were compared among the three groups.Results:The levels of SAA,PCT and CRP in bacterial infection group were higher than those in viral infection group and control group,and the levels of SAA,PCT and CRP in viral infection group were higher than those in control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);the positive rate of SAA,PCT and CRP in bacterial infection group and the positive rate of combined detection were higher than those in viral infection group and control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The combined detection of SAA,PCT and CRP levels in the differential diagnosis of early viral and bacterial respiratory tract infection in children has a good effect,which can guide clinical targeted treatment.
