摘要
目的:分析对体检异常患者实施健康教育联合行为干预产生的临床效果。方法:选取2022年1—2023年5月德州市第七人民医院的体检异常患者130例作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为常规组和研究组,各65例。常规组采用常规健康指导,研究组采用健康教育联合行为干预。比较两组干预效果。结果:干预后,两组健康知识、自我护理技能、健康饮食、合理用药、坚持运动评分均升高,研究组高于常规组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);干预后,两组高密度脂蛋白胆固醇水平升高,低密度脂蛋白胆固醇、甘油三酯、总胆固醇水平降低,研究组优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);干预后,两组空腹血糖、餐后2 h血糖、糖化血红蛋白水平降低,研究组低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);干预后,两组同型半胱氨酸、尿酸水平降低,研究组低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:针对体检异常患者,对其充分落实健康教育与行为干预可以有效改善患者血脂、血糖、同型半胱氨酸、尿酸异常指标,提高其健康认知水平。
Objective:To analyze the clinical effects produced by the implementation of health education combined with behavioral intervention for patients with abnormal physical examination.Methods:One hundred and thirty cases of patients with abnormal physical examination in Dezhou Seventh People's Hospital from January 2022 to May 2023 were selected as the study subjects,and were divided into the conventional group and the study group according to the method of randomized numerical table,each of which consisted of sixty-five cases.The conventional group used conventional health guidance,and the study group used health education combined with behavioral intervention.Compare the intervention effect of the two groups.Results:After the intervention,the scores of health knowledge,self-care skills,healthy diet,rational use of medication,and adherence to exercise increased in both groups,and the study group was higher than the conventional group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);after intervention,HDL cholesterol levels increased and LDL cholesterol,triglyceride,total cholesterol levels decreased in both groups,and the study group was better than the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);after intervention,fasting blood glucose,2 h postprandial blood glucose,and glycosylated hemoglobin levels decreased in both groups,and the study group was lower than the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);after intervention,homocysteine and uric acid levels were reduced in both groups,and the study group was lower than the control group,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).Conclusion:For patients with abnormal physical examination,the full implementation of health education and behavioral intervention can effectively improve the abnormal indexes of lipids,blood glucose,homocysteine and uric acid,and improve their health cognitive level.
