中药多糖抗卵巢癌作用研究进展

摘要 卵巢癌是常见的妇科恶性肿瘤之一,也是导致女性患者死亡的主要原因。近年来,以多糖为代表的天然化合物被发现具有抗卵巢癌作用,受到国内外研究者的广泛关注。通过查阅文献,该文就中药多糖抗卵巢癌作用及其机制研究展开综述,全面总结多种中药多糖的活性机制,以期在抗癌新药研发方面带来新的突破。通过文献回顾,发现中药多糖可通过抑制卵巢癌细胞增殖、促进卵巢癌细胞凋亡与自噬、抑制肿瘤血管生成、逆转化疗药物的敏感性、提高免疫调节活性、调控信号通路等方式发挥抗肿瘤作用。 Ovarian cancer is one of the common gynecological malignant tumors and a major cause of death in female patients.In recent years,natural compounds represented by polysaccharides have been found to have anti-ovarian cancer effects,which have received extensive attention from domestic and foreign researchers.Through reviewing the literature,this article reviews the research on the anti-ovarian cancer effects of Chinese herbal polysaccharides and their mechanisms,and comprehensively summarizes the active mechanisms of a variety of Chinese herbal polysaccharides,with a view to bringing new breakthroughs in the research and development of new anticancer drugs.Through the literature review,it is found that Chinese herbal polysaccharides can exert antitumor effects by inhibiting the proliferation of ovarian cancer cells,promoting the apoptosis and autophagy of ovarian cancer cells,inhibiting the angiogenesis of tumors,reversing the sensitivity of chemotherapeutic drugs,enhancing the activity of immunomodulation,and regulating the signaling pathway.
