水基高分子不粘轮乳化沥青应用效果评价研究

摘要 水基高分子不粘轮乳化沥青作为一种新型高性能路面层间粘结材料,与普通乳化沥青相比,具有生产施工工艺简单、破乳速度快、粘结强度高等优点。文章通过中试生产,铺筑实体工程,跟踪观测实际使用效果,并对中试生产的水基高分子不粘轮乳化沥青进行技术指标、不粘轮性能及粘结强度检测。检测分析认为,该产品具有良好的不粘轮性能和粘结强度,可有效解决普通粘层施工中破乳速度慢、成型慢导致的施工低效和环境污染问题,有助于推动异步施工薄层罩面技术的推广应用。 As a new type of high-performance pavement interlayer bonding material,the water-based polymer non-stick wheel emulsified asphalt has the advantages of simple production and construction technology,fast demulsification speed and high bonding strength and so on compared with the ordinary emulsified asphalt.Through the pilot scale production and physical engineering paving,the actual use effect is tracked and observed,and the technical indicators,non-stick wheel performance and bonding strength of the water-based polymer non-stick wheel emulsified asphalt produced by the pilot scale production are tested.Through the test and analysis,it is believed that the product has good non-stick wheel performance and bonding strength,which can effectively solve the construction inefficiency and environmental pollution caused by slow demulsification speed and slow molding in the ordinary bonding layer construction,and help promote the popularization and application of asynchronous construction thin-layer overlay technology.
