摘要
合理有效的热身策略可以提高运动员竞技表现水平,这是赛艇运动员顺利取得胜利的关键。该研究招募20名赛艇运动员,其中男性一级运动员5名,女性一级运动员5名、二级运动员10名。选取控制组、静态拉伸、动态拉伸、功能性热身4种热身策略,采集坐位体前屈、功率、时间、桨频等指标数据,通过比较不同热身策略的作用效果差异,以探究不同热身策略对赛艇运动员爆发力的影响,为日后赛艇运动员训练和赛前热身指导提供理论依据。
A reasonable and effective warm-up strategy can improve the level of athletes'competitive performance,which is the key to the success of rowers.In this study,20 rowers are recruited,including 5 male first-class athletes,and 5 female first-class athletes and 10 second-class athletes.This study selects four warm-up strategies:the control group,static stretching,dynamic stretching and functional warm-up,collects indicator data such as sit and reach,power,time and paddle frequency,and compares the difference of the effects of different warm-up strategies to explore the influence of different warm-up strategies on the explosive power of rowers,which provides theoretical basis for the training and pre-competition warm-up guidance of rowers in the future.
