摘要
该研究通过文献资料法、调查法和逻辑分析等研究方法,根据高校散打实践教学中存在的问题,从散打教学目标、教学内容、教学方法、教学环境、考核评价等教学环节进行改革。研究重点采用体验式教学方法,同时深挖课程思政元素,并将其融入散打教学实践的全过程,建立了“线上+线下”相融合的混合式教学模式,实现了方法、形式、内容三位一体的创新模式,旨在提升散打教学成效的同时,为高校体育课程的发展提供一定的借鉴。
Through research methods such as literature,investigation and logical analysis methods,this study reforms the teaching links of Sanda such as teaching objectives,teaching content,teaching methods,teaching environment and examination and evaluation according to the problems existing in the practical teaching of Sanda in colleges and universities.The study mainly adopts the experiential teaching method,deeply digs the elements of ideological and political education in the curriculum,integrates them into the whole process of the teaching practice of Sanda,establishes an"online+offline"integrated hybrid teaching mode,and realizes a trinity innovation mode of methods,forms and content,aiming to improve the teaching effect of Sanda and provide certain references for the development of physical education courses in colleges and universities.
