In the field of the physical education major in higher education,the introduction and application of the virtual simulation technology has become an important symbol of teaching innovation,which plays a key role in improving teaching quality and optimizing teaching modes.This technology integrates"self-directed","designed","interactive"and other advanced teaching methods,which significantly improves students'learning motivation and participation.This paper deeply analyzes the actual construction and application of virtual simulation experiment teaching projects in current college physical education courses,aiming to reveal their challenges and development bottlenecks,and puts forward a series of targeted reform strategies and development suggestions.The research in this paper can not only provide solid theoretical support and practical guidance for the further improvement and development of the virtual simulation experiment teaching system of college physical education courses,but also provide important ideas and directions for how physical education train high-quality physical education talents more effectively in the context of digital transformation.
