融媒体视域下高校体育教师传承红色体育文化的角色与素养革新

Innovation of the Role and Literacy of College Physical Education Teachers in Inheriting Red Sports Culture from the Perspective of Convergence Media

该文主要研究在融媒体时代,高校体育教师在传承红色体育文化中角色转型与素养提升的必要性及实践策略。随着融媒体技术的发展,政策引导、技术进步和社会需求促使着体育教师承担起传承红色体育文化的新使命。传承红色体育文化主要通过融媒体来拓宽教学渠道、丰富教育手段,实现个性化教学和跨学科融合,以提高教育效果,并增强学生对红色体育文化的认同感。教师在此背景下应扮演多重角色:红色文化教育者,将红色体育精神融入体育课程;融媒体引领者,运用新媒体技术创新文化传播方式;教育革新者,不断提升媒介素养和创新能力。为了有效执行这些角色,教师需要全面优化政治素养、专业素养、媒介素养和创新素养,确保红色体育文化在新时代得到传承和发展,培养具有红色体育精神的新一代青年。

This paper mainly studies the necessity and practical strategy of the role transformation and literacy improvement of college physical education teachers in inheriting red sports culture in the era of convergence media.With the development of convergence media technology,policy guidance,technological progress and social demand urge physical education teachers to undertake the new mission of inheriting red sports culture,which mainly broadens teaching channels and enriches the means of education through convergence media to achieve personalized teaching and interdisciplinary integration,in order to improve the educational effect and enhance students'sense of identity with red sports culture.In this context,teachers should play multiple roles:red cultural educators,integrating red sports spirit into physical education curricula;convergence media leaders,using new media technology to innovate the way of cultural communication;educational innovators,continuously improving their media literacy and innovation ability.In order to effectively perform these roles,teachers need to comprehensively optimize their political literacy,professional literacy,media literacy and innovation literacy,so as to ensure that red sports culture is inherited and developed in the new era,and cultivate a new generation of young people with red sports spirit.
