该文旨在探讨体育院校在培训管理课程思政建设中,如何以学生为中心,通过现状分析、困境分析、对策分析,提出可行性强的策略。详细剖析现行体育院校培训管理课程思政建设的特点和成就,并充分考查学生对课程思政建设的认知和反馈。在理论分析中,突出以学生为中心理念的理论基础和实践意义,汲取国内外成功经验。明确实施路径,制定具体实施计划和监测评估机制,期望能够提供一套可行性强的解决方案。
This paper aims to explore how sports colleges and universities put students at the center in the construction of ideological and political education in Training Management,and proposes feasible strategies through current situation analysis,dilemma analysis and countermeasure analysis.It analyzes the characteristics and achievements of the current construction of ideological and political education in Training Management in sports colleges in detail,and also fully examines students'cognition and feedback of the construction of ideological and political education in courses.In theoretical analysis,it highlights the theoretical foundation and practical significance of the student-centered concept,and draws successful experience at home and abroad.Finally,by clarifying the implementation path,it develops specific implementation plans and monitoring and evaluation mechanisms,and provides a feasible solution.
