构建我国反兴奋剂工作评估指标体系的研究

Research on Constructing an Index System for Anti-Doping Evaluation in China

体育强国是新时期我国体育工作改革和发展的目标与任务,要实现这个目标与任务,首先要治理好兴奋剂问题。开展反兴奋剂工作评估,是治理兴奋剂问题的关键环节之一。该文通过文献资料法收集相关文献资料,简述我国实施的反兴奋剂工作举措,分析实施反兴奋剂评估工作的意义,提出实施反兴奋剂评估的两种方法和五大指标,以期为构建新时代中国特色反兴奋剂治理体系提供新思路。

Building a strong country on sports is the goal and task of sports reform and development in China in the new era,and in order to achieve this goal and task,it is necessary to first address the problem of doping.Conducting anti-doping evaluation is one of the key links in addressing the problem of doping.This paper collects relevant literature data through the literature method,briefly describes the anti-doping initiatives implemented in China,analyzes the significance of the implementation of anti-doping evaluation,and proposes two methods and five main indicators for implementing anti-doping evaluation,which will provide a new idea for the construction of an anti-doping management system with Chinese characteristics in the new era.
