煤矿大断面巷道掘进支护技术的设计

摘要 为解决大断面煤巷在掘进过程中受施工条件、施工技术水平等限制而出现的施工效率低、巷道成型质量差、支护难度大等问题,以陈四楼煤矿22003上顺槽掘进工作面为工程背景,分析巷道顶板及岩层的弯曲变形,得出巷道越宽,变形量越大,顶板越容易发生变形,越容易出现垮帮现象。基于此,确定采用锚网喷+锚网带联合支护技术。实践证明,采取联合支护技术后,围岩强度大幅度提升,巷道顶板下沉量控制在9 mm以下,两帮收敛量控制在5 mm以下,较好地控制了围岩的变形。 In order to solve the problems such as low construction efficiency,poor roadway forming quality and diffi-cult support,etc.restricted by construction conditions and technical level in the process of excavation of large section coal roadway,taking the 22003 upper channel driving face of Chensilou Coal Mine as the engineering background,the bending deformation of roadway roof and rock strata is analyzed.It is concluded that the larger the roadway width,the greater the deformation,the more likely the roof is to deform,and the more likely it is to collapse.Based on this,it is determined to adopt the combined support technology of anchor net spraying and anchor net belt.Practice has proved that after adopting the combined support technology,the strength of surrounding rock is greatly improved,the subsidence of roadway roof is controlled below 9 mm,and the convergence of two sides is controlled below 5 mm,and the deformation of surrounding rock is better controlled.
