摘要 在执行标准《沉积岩中黏土矿物和常见非黏土矿物X射线衍射分析方法》(SY/T 5163-2018)的过程中,经常遇到云母和伊利石误判、铵云母误判、坡缕石没有规定定量方法等问题,都会给矿物定性和定量检测造成很大的误差。本文对上述问题进行了概述,同时,对K值选择、非晶质定量、提黏土粒径要求等其他问题进行探讨。 In the process of implementing the standard SY/T 5163-2018"X-ray diffraction analysis method for clay minerals and common non clay minerals in sedimentary rocks",problems such as misjudgment of mica and illite,misjudgment of ammonium mica,and lack of specified quantitative methods for palygorskite are often encountered,which can cause significant errors in mineral characterization and quantitative detection.This article provides an overview of the above issues,while also exploring other issues such as K value selection,amorphous quantification,and clay particle size requirements.
