半夏和胃颗粒联合益生菌治疗腹泻型肠易激综合征临床观察

Banxia-hewei Granules Combined with Probiotics in Treatment of Diarrheal Irritable Bowel Syndrome

目的 探讨半夏和胃颗粒联合益生菌治疗腹泻型肠易激综合征(irritable bowel syndrome, IBS)的临床疗效和对血清胃肠激素水平的影响。方法 73例腹泻型IBS患者随机分为对照组35例及观察组38例,对照组给予复方嗜酸乳杆菌片口服,观察组在对照组治疗的基础上加用半夏和胃颗粒,均治疗28 d。比较治疗前后2组患者血清胃动素(motilin, MTL)及血管活性肠肽(vasoactive intestinal peptide, VIP)水平变化及临床疗效。结果 观察组治疗总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗前2组患者血清MTL、VIP水平比较差异无统计学意义;治疗后2组患者血清MTL水平均较治疗前下降,VIP水平均较治疗前上升(P<0.05),观察组改善优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论 半夏和胃颗粒联合益生菌治疗腹泻型IBS可明显减轻患者临床症状,调节胃肠激素水平且不增加不良反应,值得临床参考应用。

Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of Banxia Hewei Granules combined with probiotics in the treatment of diarrhea-predominant irritable bowel syndrome(IBS)and its effect on serum gastrointestinal hormone levels.Methods A total of 73 patients with IBS were randomly divided into the control group(35 cases)and the observation group(38 cases).The control group was given compound Lactobacillus acidophilus tablets orally,and the observation group was treated with Banxia Hewei granules on the basis of the control group.The clinical efficacy score,serum levels of Motilin(MTL)and Vasoactive Intestinal Peptide(VIP)were compared before and after treatment.Results After treatment,the efficacy scores of the two groups were improved,and the total effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in serum MTL and VIP levels between the two groups before treatment.After treatment,the levels of serum MTL in the two groups were lower than those before treatment,and the levels of VIP were higher than those before treatment(P<0.05).The improvement of the observation group was better than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Banxia Hewei Granules combined with probiotics in the treatment of IBS can significantly reduce the clinical symptoms of patients and regulate gastrointestinal hormone levels without increasing adverse reactions,which is worthy of clinical reference and application.
