摘要
双连续相复合材料的两相组织在三维空间呈各自连续的状态,二者互相缠绕、互为支撑、强弱互补,由于双连续相复合材料具有特有的拓扑结构,复合材料通常表现出独特的力学性能、耐磨性能、热力学性能、耐高温性能、减震性能。因此,对其进行深入地研究具有重大的意义。主要介绍了国内外双连续相陶瓷-金属复合材料的结构、性能特点、成型方法,对比了不同陶瓷相与金属复合所表现出的结构特性和性能特点,并展望了该结构材料的应用前景及发展趋势。
The two phases of co-continuous structural composites exhibit their respective continuous states in three-dimensional space,intertwining,supporting,and complementing in strength and weakness by each other.Due to the unique topology of co-continuous phase composites,the materials usually present distinctive mechanical properties,wear resistance,thermodynamic performance,high-temperature resistance and damping performance.Therefore,in-depth research on these materials holds significant importance.The structure,performance characteristics and molding methods of co-continuous ceramic-metal materials at home and abroad were mainly introduced.The structural and performance characteristics of different ceramic phases composited with metals were compared.The application prospects and development trends were also prospected.
