基于纳米银线的可拉伸柔性透明导电膜制备及其性能研究

摘要 以自制高长径比纳米银线为导电材料,聚(二甲基硅氧烷)(PDMS)作为柔性基底,采用旋涂-转移法制备了银纳米线可拉伸柔性透明导电膜。探究了纳米银线浓度和旋涂层数对薄膜光电性能的影响,并分析了拉伸应变、食指摩擦和透明胶带黏附条件下薄膜的导电性。结果表明:用0.2mL 2mg/mL银纳米线在聚酯(PET)表面分别旋涂5层和10层,然后转移到半干的PDMS膜表面,再经100℃热处理30min,得到纳米银现可拉伸柔性透明导电膜。薄膜在550nm处的光透射率分别为79.8%和77.1%,方阻分别为58.68Ω/sq和22.4Ω/sq,具有良好的光电性能;薄膜拉伸应变达45%时,其方阻增加了4.1倍,固定拉伸应变20%时,经拉伸反复100次时,薄膜方阻增加了4.2倍,表明薄膜具有良好的可拉伸性和导电性;采用食指在薄膜表面反复摩擦,薄膜的导电性明显下降,但是采用透明胶带黏附,则薄膜依然具有良好的导电性,表明薄膜具有良好的附着力。 In this paper,the stretchable flexible transparent conductive films based on silver nanowires(AgNWs)were prepared by spin-coating-transfer method with self-made high aspect ratio AgNWs as the conductive material and PDMS as the flexible substrate.The effects of the concentration of AgNWs and the number of spin-coating layers on the photoelectric properties of the films were investigated,and the conductivity of the films under the conditions of tensile strain,index finger friction and transparent tape adhesion was analyzed.The results showed that 0.2mL of AgNWs solution(2mg/mL)was spin-coated on the PET surface for 5 and 10 layers,respectively,transferred to the semi-dry PDMS film surface,and then heat-treated at 100℃for 30 min to obtain the stretchable flexible transparent conductive films of AgNWs.The light transmittance of the films at 550nm was 79.8%and 77.1%,respectively,and the sheet resistance was 58.68Ω/sq and 22.4Ω/sq,respectively,exhibiting excellent photoelectric properties.When the tensile strain reached 45%,the sheet resistance of the film increased by 4.1 times,and when the fixed tensile strain was 20%,the sheet resistance of the film increased by 4.2 times after repeated stretching for 100 times,demonstrating good stretchability and conductivity of the films.When the index finger was rubbed repeatedly on the surface of the film,the conductivity of the film obviously decreased,but when the transparent tape was used for adhesion,the film still had good conductivity,indicating that the film had good adhesion.
