摘要
为了提高常规防腐涂层的防护效果与使用寿命,研究人员致力于开发新型纳米复合材料涂层。含铈化合物是一种高效的金属及合金缓蚀剂,将含铈化合物与常规涂层结合构建含铈纳米防腐涂层越来越受到研究人员的重视。目前,将含铈纳米防腐涂层分为含铈纳米防腐涂层、含铈纳米容器涂层和含铈自愈合纳米防腐涂层3大类,针对具体的制备方法及材料,又将其分为7个小类。介绍了每类代表性涂层的主要制备方法、结构及应用效果,阐明了铈在防护过程中的主要作用过程及机理,总结了其中的共性特点。面对当前含铈纳米涂层大规模应用存在的困难及挑战,提出相应的解决方法及思路,并对未来发展方向进行了展望。
In order to improve the protective effect and service life of conventional anti-corrosion coatings,researchers are committed to developing new nanocomposite material coatings.Cerium-containing compounds are efficient corrosion inhibitors for metals and alloys.Researchers pay more and more attention to the construction of cerium-containing nano-anticorrosive coatings by combining cerium-containing compounds with conventional coatings.In this paper,the cerium-containing nano-anticorrosive coatings were divided into three categories:cerium-containing nano-composite anticorrosive coatings,cerium-containing nano-container coatings and cerium-containing self-healing nano-anticorrosive coatings.Based on the specific preparation methods and materials,they were divided into seven sub-categories.The main preparation methods,structures and application effects of each type of representative coatings were introduced.The main action process and mechanism of cerium in the protection process were expounded,and the common characteristics were summarized.The current difficulties and challenges in the large-scale application of cerium-containing nanocoatings were summarized,the corresponding solutions and ideas were put forward,and the future development direction was prospected.
