慢性鼻窦炎手术患者术后延续护理需求现状及其相关危险因素分析

Analysis of the Needs of Postoperative Extended Care and Related Risk Factors in Patients with Chronic Sinusitis

目的 观察慢性鼻窦炎(CRS)手术患者术后延续护理需求现状,并分析其相关危险因素。方法 选取2020年1月-2022年2月本院收治的71例CRS手术患者,患者均在本院接受鼻内镜手术治疗,出院时,参照采用李青、卢金梅等研究,自行设计本院延续护理需求问卷评估患者术后延续护理需求现状,经线性回归分析其可能的危险因素。结果 71例CRS手术患者经评估,患者术后延续护理需求评分平均为(31.58±4.27)分,延续护理需求较高。文化水平为初中及以下、病情程度为中重度、心理状况不良、家庭功能障碍的患者延续护理需求评分高于文化水平为高中及以上、病情为轻度、心理状况良好、家庭功能良好患者(P<0.05);不同年龄、疾病分型等资料的患者评分比较,无统计学差异(P>0.05)。经线性回归分析,结果显示,文化水平为初中及以下、病情为中重度、不良心理状况、家庭功能障碍是延续护理需求的危险因素(P<0.05)。结论 CRS手术患者术后延续护理需求较高,患者文化水平、病情、家庭功能及心理情况均是其可能的因素。

Objective To observe the needs of postoperative extended care in patients with chronic sinusitis(CRS)and analyze the related risk factors.Methods A total of 71 patients with CRS surgery admitted to our hospital from January 2020 to February 2022 were selected,all of whom received nasal endoscopic surgery in our hospital.Upon discharge,the extended care needs questionnaire designed by our hospital was used to evaluate the current situation of patients'postoperative extended care needs,and the possible risk factors were analyzed by linear regression.ResultsThe average score of 71 patients with CRS was(31.58±4.27),indicating a high need for extended care.Patients with education level of junior high school and below,disease degree of moderate to severe,poor psychological status and family dysfunction scored higher than those with education level of senior high school and above,mild disease,good psychological status and good family function(P<0.05);There was no significant difference in the scores of patients with different age and disease types(P>0.05).Through linear regression analysis,the results showed that the education level of junior high school and below,the condition of moderate to severe,poor psychological status and family dysfunction were the risk factors for the continuation of nursing needs(P<0.05).ConclusionPatients with CRS surgery have high demand for postoperative extended care,which may be caused by their educational level,illness,family function and psychological status.
