奥利司他联合优思悦治疗多囊卵巢综合征的效果评价

Evaluation of the Effect of Orlistat Combined with Yousyue in the Treatment of Polycystic Ovary Syndrome

目的 探究奥利司他联合优思悦治疗多囊卵巢综合征的效果。方法 以多囊卵巢综合征患者40例为对象,分为两组,各20例,参照组患者应用优思悦治疗,研究组应用奥利司他联合优思悦治疗,对比治疗效果。结果 研究组患者治疗后TG水平、TC水平、FPG水平均低于参照组,P<0.05。比较两组患者治疗后臀围,研究组是(98.85±3.23)cm,参照组是(103.56±4.23)cm;比较两组患者的腰围,研究组是(90.56±2.41)cm,参照组是(87.67±2.32)cm;比较两组患者体重指数,研究组是(25.09±0.78)kg/m2,参照组是(24.08±0.43)kg/m2。两组患者上述指标差异P<0.05。对于治疗有效率、治疗后性激素指标,研究组更优,P<0.05。比较两组患者不良反应发生率,P>0.05。对于排卵率、妊娠率,研究组更高,数据差异是P<0.05。结论 多囊卵巢综合征患者实施奥利司他联合优思悦治疗,有效缓解临床症状,降低体重指数,改善血脂指标,提高妊娠率。

Objective To investigate the effect of orlistat combined with Yasyue in the treatment of polycystic ovary syndrome.MethodsA total of 40 patients with polycystic ovary syndrome were divided into two groups,20 cases in each group,the patients in the reference group were treated with Yasyue,and the study group was treated with orlistat combined with Yasyue,and the treatment effects were compared.ResultsThe levels of TG,TC and FPG in the study group were lower than those in the control group after treatment,P<0.05.The hip circumference of the two groups was(98.85±3.23)cm in the study group and(103.56±4.23)cm in the reference group.The waist circumference of the two groups was(90.56±2.41)cm in the study group and(87.67±2.32)cm in the reference group.The body mass index of the two groups was(25.09±0.78)kg/m2 in the study group and(24.08±0.43)kg/m2 in the reference group.The difference between the two groups was P<0.05.The study group was better in terms of effective rate of treatment and sex hormone indexes after treatment,P<0.05.The incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups was>0.05.For ovulation rate,pregnancy rate,the study group was higher,and the difference in data was P<0.05.ConclusionPatients with polycystic ovary syndrome can effectively relieve clinical symptoms,reduce body mass index,improve blood lipid index,and improve pregnancy rate.
