复发性流产女性患者生殖免疫抗体阳性检测率结果分析及临床意义

Analysis of Positive Detection Rate of Reproductive Immune Antibody in Female Patients with Recurrent Abortion and Its Clinical Significance

目的 分析复发性流产(RSA)女性患者生殖免疫抗体阳性检测率,并分析其临床意义。方法 选取2021年5月至2022年5月在本院就诊的RSA女性患者120例作为观察组,另选取同时期在本院进行孕检的正常女性30例作为对照组,比较两组生殖免疫抗体[抗HCG抗体(AHCGAb)、抗精子抗体(As Ab)、抗卵巢抗体(AOVAb)、抗子宫内膜抗体(AEMAb)、抗心磷脂抗体(ACA-Ig G)]检测阳性率的差异。依据年龄、病因、体质量指数(BMI)再将观察组120例RSA患者分为不同亚组,比较不同亚组间生殖免疫抗体检测阳性率的差异。结果 观察组AHCGAb、As Ab、AOVAb、AEMAb、ACA-Ig G的阳性率分别为23.33%、24.17%、18.33%、18.33%、23.33%,均较对照组的6.67%、6.67%、3.33%、3.33%、6.67%更高(P<0.05)。不同年龄、病因、BMI的RSA患者AHCGAb、As Ab、AOVAb、AEMAb、ACA-Ig G阳性检出率比较均无统计学差异(P>0.05)。结论 生殖免疫抗体检测在女性RSA患者的临床诊治中具有重要的临床意义,有必要对RSA患者进行生殖免疫抗体的检测。

Objective To analyze the positive detection rate of reproductive immune antibody in female patients with recurrent abortion(RSA)and its clinical significance.MethodsA total of 120 female RSA patients who received treatment in our hospital from May 2021 to May 2022 were selected as the observation group,and 30 normal women who underwent pregnancy examination in our hospital during the same period were selected as the control group.The positive rates of reproductive immune antibodies(anti-HCG antibody(AHCGAb),anti-sperm antibody(AsAb),anti-ovarian antibody(AOVAb),anti-endometrial antibody(AEMAb)and anti-cardiolipin antibody(ACA-IgG))were compared between the two groups.According to age,etiology and body mass index(BMI),120 RSA patients in the observation group were divided into different subgroups,and the difference of the positive rate of reproductive immune antibody detection among different subgroups was compared.ResultThe positive rates of AHCGAb,AsAb,AOVAb,AEMAb and ACA-IgG in the observation group were 23.33%,24.17%,18.33%,18.33%and 23.33%.They were higher than 6.67%,6.67%,3.33%,3.33%and 6.67%in the control group(P<0.05).There were no significant differences in the positive rates of AHCGAb,AsAb,AOVAb,AEMAb and ACA-IgG among RSA patients with different age,etiology and BMI(P>0.05).ConclusionThe detection of reproductive immune antibodies has important clinical significance in the clinical diagnosis and treatment of female RSA patients,and it is necessary to detect reproductive immune antibodies in RSA patients.
