基于时代要求,结合电子行业发展实践,分析新质生产力的概念和内涵以及其在推动人类文明进步、加快经济社会发展、构建国家竞争力中的作用机理;分析电子信息领域在形成新质生产力中所处的重要地位,并基于计算和存储、通信、显示、传感等电子信息领域主干技术的演进趋势,演绎出引导电子信息产业进一步做强、做优、做大的发展路径;分析电子信息技术赋能传统生产力转型升级、促进生产力实现升级与跃迁的重点方向,围绕产品制造、运输、能源、存储、交易等关键方面,探讨通过电子信息技术的融合应用促进产业降本增效和绿色发展的着力点。

Based on the requirements of the era and combined with the development practice of the electronics industry,the concept and connotation of new quality productive forces,as well as its mechanism in promoting human civilization progress,accelerating economic and social development,and building national competitiveness was analyzed.The important position of the electronic information field in forming new quality productive forces was analyzed,and the development path of building up the strength,quality and size of electronic information industry was deduced based on the evolution trends of backbone technologies in the electronic information field such as computing and storage,communication,display,and sensing.The key directions of empowering traditional productivity transformation and upgrading with electronic information technology,and promoting productivity upgrading and leaping were analyzed.Focusing on key aspects such as product manufacturing,transportation,energy,storage,and trading,the key points of promoting industry cost reduction,efficiency improvement,and green development were explored through the integration and application of electronic information technology.
