Innovation path of new industrialization:a case study of"software-defined manufacturing"

工业软件可以将制造资源虚拟化,通过数据要素价值化赋能制造业发展,促进数实融合。当前,“软件定义制造”等新模式正在快速发展,工业软件是生产经营过程中数据要素模型化、代码化、工具化的结果,让软件成为机器的大脑和灵魂,控制生产过程,并实现智能制造模式。研究“软件定义制造”模式,可以厘清数字经济与实体经济融合发展的深层逻辑,明确数字技术、数据要素与新型工业化发展的关系,以优化产业政策供给,为新型工业化发展提供更加广阔的空间。通过解析“软件定义制造”模式的基本概念、发展现状、行业应用,明确了在新型工业化进程中基于数字化转型实现数实融合、制造模式创新的机制,从而为推动传统工业转型升级,不断向新型工业化迈进探索出创新路径。最后,提出新型工业化具有“新内涵”“新特征”“新体系”,基于数字技术和数据要素实现新型工业化需要将制造资源虚拟化,实现数据要素价值化,并不断为新型工业化注入新内涵。

Industrial software can visualize manufacturing resources,empower manufacturing development through the value of data elements,as to promote the integration of digital and real economy.At present,new modes such as"software-defined manufacturing"are developing rapidly.Industrial software is the result of modeling,coding and instrumentation of data element model in the production and operation process,making software the brain and soul of the machine,controlling the production process,and realizing the intelligent manufacturing mode.The study of"software-defined manufacturing"mode can not only clarify the deep logic of the integrated development of the digital economy and the real economy,but also clarify the relationship between digital technology,data elements and the development of new industrialization,so as to optimize the supply of industrial policies and provide a broader space for the development of new industrialization.By analyzing the basic concept,development status,and industry application of"software-defined manufacturing"mode,the mechanism of realizing digitalreal integration and manufacturing mode innovation is clarified based on digital transformation in the process of new industrialization,so as to explore a new innovation path for promoting the transformation and upgrading of traditional industry and constantly moving toward new industrialization.Finally,the new industrialization with"new connotation","new characteristics"and"new system"is proposed.To realize the new industrialization based on digital technology and data elements,one needs to virtualize manufacturing resources,realize the value of data elements,and constantly inject new connotation into the newindustrialization.
