摘要
有机化学是一门重要的基础自然科学,是众多专业学生都要学习的重要理论课,如何高质量完成本专业的人才培养工作一直是高校关注的焦点问题之一。前沿科技成果,尤其是诺贝尔化学奖级别的最新成果,融入有机化学方面的人才培养中有很多的优点,当然也有一些需要注意和避免的地方。为此,文章论述了如何更好地将前沿科技成果融入到有机化学人才培养工作中,更好地完成教学目标,培养全方面发展的复合型优质人才的实践应用。
Organic chemistry is an important basic natural science and an important theoretical course for students of many majors to learn.How to complete the talent training of this major with high quality has always been one of the focus issues of colleges and universities.Cutting-edge scientif ic and technological achievements,especially the latest achievements at the level of Nobel Prize in chemistry,have many advantages in the cultivation of talents in organic chemistry,of course,there are also some places that need to be paid attention to and avoided.To this end,the article discusses how to better integrate the advanced scientif ic and technological achievements into the cultivation of organic chemistry talents,better complete the teaching objectives,and cultivate the comprehensive development of compound quality talents.
