基于数字孪生的含能材料生产线系统设计与应用

摘要 当前含能材料生产线系统具有工艺流程复杂、生产过程危险性大、控制信号耦合性强等特点。传统的方法难以根据实时数据完成双向性控制和实时响应。利用数字孪生技术可以将物理实体和数字孪生体进行双向性数据交互,通过虚实结合的方式,实现生产线全周期技术支持。文章通过分析目前含能材料生产线特性和基于数字孪生的生产线技术优势,提出基于数字孪生的含能材料生产线系统的设计与应用。 The current production line system of energetic materials has the characteristics of complicated process flow,high risk of production process and strong coupling of control signals.It is diff icult for traditional methods to complete bidirectional control and real-time response based on real-time data.By using digital twin technology,the physical entity and digital twin can have twoway data interaction,and realize the technical support of the whole cycle of the production line through the combination of virtual and real.By analyzing the characteristics of the current production line of energetic materials and the technical advantages of the production line based on digital twins,the design and application of the production line system of energetic materials based on digital twins are proposed in this paper.
