摘要
紫外光辐射交联热熔光学胶是一种透明光学元件粘接的特种胶粘剂,广泛用于触摸屏组装、显示器组装、投影屏组装、面板及其他相关电子光学材料的粘接。文章阐述了紫外光固化技术的研究现状和光学胶的固化机理,介绍了不同种类光学胶(OCA光学胶、LOCA光学胶和热熔光学胶膜)的特点、组成和研究进展,总结了紫外光辐射交联光学胶目前存在的一些缺陷,并对其未来的技术发展和研究方向进行了展望。
Uv radiation crosslinking hot melt optical adhesive is a kind of special adhesive for transparent optical component bonding,which is widely used in touch screen assembly,display assembly,projection screen assembly,panel and other related electronic optical materials bonding.In this paper,the research status of UV curing technology and the curing mechanism of optical adhesives are reviewed,the characteristics,compositions and research progress of different kinds of optical adhesives(OCA,LOCA and hot melt optical f ilm)are introduced,and some existing defects of UV radiation crosslinking optical adhesives are summarized,and the future technological development and research direction are prospected.
