摘要
切削加工有限元仿真模型中,网格密度的选择多依赖于经验,缺少量化标准,一定程度上会影响计算精度,造成计算资源浪费。针对该问题,采用ABAQUS分析软件建立切削加工过程有限元仿真模型,并验证了仿真模型的准确性;对比分析了不同网格密度对计算精度以及仿真效率的影响,确定了与切削加工工艺相关联的网格密度标准,即网格尺寸为切削厚度ac的1/10,能够在最经济的计算成本前提下,保证切削加工仿真的计算精度。
The selection of mesh density for finite element simulation models of cutting processes often relies on experience,and there is lack of criteria,which can affect the accuracy of the results and cause waste of computing resources.To address this issue,firstly,ABAQUS software is used to establish a finite element simulation model for the cutting process,and the accuracy of the simulation model is verified in this paper;Secondly,the influence of different mesh densities on computational efficiency and accuracy is compared and analyzed;Finally,the mesh density selection criteria associated with the cutting process are determined,with the mesh size of 1/10 of the cutting thickness a c,which can ensure the accuracy of finite simulation of the cutting process with minimal computational cost.
