ADI弹簧支架的铸造工艺改进

摘要 介绍了ADI弹簧支架的铸件结构和技术要求,详细阐述了原铸造工艺方案及存在的问题,分析其产生的原因后进行工艺改进:(1)将冷芯工艺改为热芯工艺,采用壳芯工艺,砂芯质量减轻,制芯及修补砂芯劳动强度也有所降低;(2)降低Cu和Mo的使用量,力学性能无明显变化;(3)加工孔改为铸造孔预留1 mm的加工余量,便于加工;(4)改进浇道和冒口,不再使用冷铁。生产结果显示:工艺改进后,提高了铸件的工艺出品率,降低了清理打磨强度,降低了生产成本。 Casting structure and technical requirements of ADI spring supporter were introduced.The former casting method and process scheme and caused problems were described.After analyzing their reason,improvement were conducted:(1)After the cold-box sand core process being changed into hot-box sand core and using shell core process,the sand core weight was reduced,the labor intensity of core making and repairing also reduced.(2)After reducing Cu and Mo adding amounts,the mechanical properties had not obvious change.(3)The machining holes were changed into as-cast hole with 1 mm allowance to easy to be machined.(4)The gatings and risers were improved,and did not use the chills again.The production results showed:after the method and process improvement,the process rate of casting was elevated,the cleaning and grinding labor intensity and production cost were reduced.
