基于数值模拟的皮带轮铸造工艺设计及优化

摘要 介绍了皮带轮铸件的结构及技术要求,详细阐述了铸造工艺设计、试制以及验证过程。采用发热冒口与冷铁相配合进行工艺设计,运用MAGMA数值模拟软件对4个工艺方案的缩松情况和凝固过程进行模拟分析,最终通过调整冒口颈的尺寸和形状,解决了冒口颈缩孔的缺陷问题,通过增加冒口,以及冷铁的配合使用,缩短铸件的热节补缩距离,解决铸件的内部缩松缺陷问题。 The structure and technical requirements of pulley castings were introduced.The casting process design,trial prod-uction and verification process were elaborated in detail.The process design was carried out using a combination of risers and chills,and the MAGMA numerical simulation software was employed to simulate and analyze the shrinkage and solidification process of four process schemes.Finally,the riser neck problem was solved by adjusting the size and shape.By increasing the riser size and using chills,the hot spot shrinkage distance of the casting was reduced,thereby addressing the internal shrinkage defect of the casting.
