基于SLP的三元锂电池正极材料生产厂房布局优化与评价

摘要 某三元锂电正极材料生产厂房的布局主要依据生产经验进行设计,需要采用一种科学理论方法评价该厂房布局是否已达到最优化。采用SLP(Systematic Layout Planning)方法对某三元锂电正极材料生产厂房布局进行了优化和评价,分析了该厂房布局中各作业单元的物流关系和非物流关系,按照SLP方法中的计算公式求得了各作业单元的综合关系表,并据此找出了现有厂房布局中存在的问题,实现了厂房布局的优化和评价。采用SLP方法优化后的三元锂电正极材料生产厂房布局的物流强度降低了46.7%,各作业单元布置也更加合理,可有效地降低生产成本,提高生产效率。SLP方法可以为三元锂电正极材料生产厂房布局优化与评价提供科学理论依据。 The layout of a ternary Li-ion cathode material workshop layout is primarily designed based on production experience,and a scientific theoretical method is needed to evaluate whether the workshop layout has reached optimisation.This study adopts the Systematic Layout Planning(SLP)method to optimise and evaluate the layout of a ternary Li-ion cathode material workshop.It analyses the logistics and non-logistics relationships of each work unit within the workshop layout,and derives a comprehensive relationship table for each work unit according to the SLP calculation formula.Based on this analysis,problems in the existing workshop layout are identified,and the optimisation and evaluation of the workshop layout are achieved.The logistics intensity of the ternary Li-ion cathode material workshop layout optimised by the SLP method has been reduced by 46.7%,and the arrangement of each work unit has become more reasonable,which can effectively reduce production costs and improve production efficiency.The results indicate that the workshop layout for ternary Li-ion cathode material can be significantly improved using the SLP method,which provides a scientific theoretical basis for optimising and evaluating the workshop layout for ternary Li-ion cathode material.
