摘要
【目的/意义】5G+AI的协同发展,为智慧知识服务提供了良好的技术保障。从智慧应用生态视角对知识服务开展仿真分析并提出建议,以期为智慧知识服务建设提供参考。【方法/过程】对5G+AI技术协同的发展历程、协同优势、知识服务集成路径进行分析,基于信息生态和系统动力学理论构建智慧知识服务模型,开展知识服务智慧应用生态的动力学分析。【结果/结论】仿真实验结果验证了虚拟客服和智能搜索应用对知识服务建设的推动作用,发现了实时合成应用在知识服务领域的潜在风险,进而对知识服务智慧应用生态布局提出建议,探索充分利用5G+AI技术协同的知识服务创新发展路径。【创新/局限】本文提出的智慧生态流转关系为知识服务模型提供支撑,实现知识服务的全生命周期管理,进而用于分析知识服务智慧应用问题;智慧应用生态的动力学特征为知识服务提供了优化应用生态布局的路径和发展空间。对于知识服务智慧应用生态的动态变化规律,还需要进一步探索,以便更好地预测其发展趋势和变化方向。
【Purpose/significance】 With the collaborative development of 5G and AI,a good technical guarantee has been provided for smart knowledge services.This paper conducts simulation analysis and proposes suggestions for knowledge service development from the perspective of the smart application ecosystem,in order to provide reference for the construction of smart knowledge services.【Method/process】 The development process,collaborative advantages,and knowledge service integration path of 5G+AI technology are analyzed.Based on the information ecosystem and system dynamics theory,a smart knowledge service model is constructed,and dynamic analysis of the knowledge service smart application ecosystem is conducted.【Result/conclusion】The simulation experiment results verify the promoting effect of virtual customer service and smart search applications on knowledge service construction,and identify the potential risks of real-time synthesis applications in the knowledge service field.Based on these findings,suggestions for the smart application ecosystem layout of knowledge services are proposed,exploring the innovative development path of knowledge services that fully utilize the collaborative advantages of 5G+AI technology.【Innovation/limitation】 This paper proposes the smart ecological circulation relationship as a support for the knowledge service model,realizing the full life cycle management of knowledge service and further analyzing the problems of smart application of knowledge services.The dynamic characteristics of smart application ecology provide a path and development space for optimizing the layout of knowledge service ecology.Further exploration is needed for the dynamic change law of smart application ecology of knowledge services in order to better predict its development trends and directions.
