徐州市可持续发展水平综合评价研究——基于“创新引领资源型地区中心城市高质量发展”主题

摘要 文章基于江苏省设区市2016—2022年的面板数据,从“经济、社会、资源、环境、人口、科技”6个维度构建了包含22个二级指标、61个三级指标的基于“创新引领资源型地区中心城市高质量发展”主题的徐州市可持续发展水平综合评价指标体系,并对徐州市可持续发展水平开展了综合评价。结果发现,2016—2022年徐州可持续发展综合水平呈现出螺旋形上升趋势,在江苏设区市中位列第6名,经济、人口、社会、资源、环境、科技等维度则分别位列第9、4、3、2、12、5名。评价体系及评价结果可为徐州以创新引领资源型地区中心城市高质量发展为主题,建设国家可持续发展议程创新示范区政策的制订与实施提供参考依据。 This paper constructs a comprehensive evaluation system for the sustainable development level of Xuzhou City,which is based on the theme of"high-quality development of resource-based central cities led by innovation".The system is based on panel data from the districts of Jiangsu Province from 2016 to 2022 and includes 22 secondary indicators and 61 tertiary indicators across six dimensions,which are economy,society,resources,environment,population and technology.A comprehensive evaluation of the sustainable development level of Xuzhou City is conducted using this system.The results reveal that from 2016 to 2022,the overall sustainable development level of Xuzhou has shown a spiral upward trend,ranking 6th among the district-level cities in Jiangsu Province.Specifically,Xuzhou ranked 9th in economy,4th in population,3rd in society,2nd in resources,12th in environment,and 5th in technology.The evaluation system and results provide a reference for formulating and implementing policies for Xuzhou to build a national sustainable development agenda innovation demonstration zone,with the theme of high-quality development of resource-based central cities led by innovation.
