摘要
为实现港口信息化、自动化、智能化的需求,以PLC为核心控制器,运用3D视觉技术、机器人技术以及传感器技术设计了集装箱自动拆卸系统。通过对集装箱扭锁结构特点的分析,设计了扭锁拆卸装置,并根据实际工况制定了扭锁自动拆卸的工艺流程,给出了控制系统的设计方案,包括系统硬件构成、网络结构设计、通信参数配置以及系统控制流程图。该系统安全、可靠,运行情况良好,对港口设备升级具有积极的推动作用。
According to the demand of port information,automation,and intelligence,a container automatic disassembly system was designed using PLC as the core controller and 3D vision technology,robot technology,and sensor technology.By analyzing the structural characteristics of container twist locks,a twist lock disassembly device was designed,and a process flow for automatic disassembly of twist locks was developed based on actual working conditions.The design scheme of the control system was provided,including system hardware composition,network structure design,communication parameter configuration,and system control flowchart.The system is safe,reliable,and operates well,playing a positive role in promoting the upgrading of port equipment.
