选煤厂智能化重介质分选体系的应用研究

摘要 为解决选煤厂重介质浮选过程中实时性和精确性较差的问题,提出了一种新的重介质分选体系。分析了该体系的智能化设计方案、悬浮液密度控制原理、悬浮液粘度控制原理、介质液位控制原理等,实现了重介质分选过程中的智能化控制。实际应用表明,优化后的重介质分选工艺能实现对分析过程的闭环反馈控制,可将悬浮液密度偏差控制在0.2%以内,对提升分选精度具有十分重要的意义。 A new heavy medium separation system is proposed to solve the problem of poor real-time and accuracy in the heavy medium flotation process of coal preparation plants.Analyzed the intelligent design scheme,suspension density control principle,suspension viscosity control principle,medium liquid level control principle of the system,and achieved intelligent control in the heavy medium sorting process.Practical applications have shown that the optimized heavy medium sorting process can achieve closed-loop feedback control of the analysis process,and can control the suspension density deviation within 0.2%,which is of great significance for improving sorting accuracy.
