摘要 针对机加工自动化生产线电气控制存在安全性能差、电气安全防护不到位、断电电气监测不准确等问题,以机加工自动化生产线为研究对象,研究自动化生产线驱动电机第四象限变频特性,提出了变频器掉电智能监测与控制安全技术。搭建了电气后备直流充电监测系统,由四象限变频器控制异步电机实现对电能的回馈利用,调速精度较高。后备充电监测系统可用于监测对直流电源模块的运行状态,在遇到断电时可以保证变频器的可靠运行,大大提高了自动化生产线的运行稳定性,有助于提高产量和效益。 In response to the problems of poor safety performance,inadequate electrical safety protection,and inaccurate power outage electrical monitoring in the electrical control of machining automation production lines,this paper takes machining automation production lines as the research object,studies the fourth quadrant frequency conversion characteristics of the drive motor in the automation production line,and proposes intelligent monitoring and control safety technology for power outage of frequency converters.Have built an electrical backup DC charging monitoring system,which uses a four quadrant inverter to control the asynchronous motor and achieve feedback utilization of electrical energy.The speed regulation accuracy is high.The backup charging monitoring system can be used to monitor the operating status of the DC power module,ensuring the reliable operation of the frequency converter in the event of a power outage,greatly improving the stability of the operation of automated production lines,and helping to increase output and efficiency.
