摘要
为进一步提升无轨胶轮车在煤矿综采工作面巷道的生产效率和安全性,结合实践生产提出了无轨胶轮车的设计目标与相关要求,重点设计其通过性参数。基于相关参数,采用ANSYS软件对车架进行有限元仿真分析,重点验证了与其配套车架在转弯工况下的最大应力和应变,验证了通过性参数与车架的匹配性。
In order to further improve the production efficiency and safety of trackless rubber wheel vehicles in coal mine fully mechanized mining face tunnels,design goals and related requirements for trackless rubber wheel vehicles are proposed based on practical production,with a focus on designing their passability parameters.Based on relevant parameters,ANSYS software was used to conduct finite element simulation analysis on the frame,with a focus on verifying the maximum stress and strain of its matching frame under turning conditions,and verifying the compatibility between the passability parameters and the frame.
