作为煤炭港口企业卸车流程的重要设备,堆料机在作业时,运输过程中的煤炭落差冲击料斗会形成煤尘,煤炭从悬臂头部下落时也会形成煤尘,扬尘现象比较严重,尤其是在流程刚启动时,扬尘会污染环境,威胁工作人员的健康。先进且完善的洒水除尘系统是解决此问题的关键。阐述了原有吸洒水系统存在的问题,制定了具体的更新改造技术方案,并分析了改造后的经济效益及社会效益。

As an important equipment in the unloading process of coal port enterprises,the stacker machine generates coal dust when the coal drop during transportation impacts the hopper.When coal falls from the cantilever head,it also forms coal dust,which is a serious problem.Especially at the beginning of the process,dust can cause environmental pollution and threaten the health of workers.An advanced and complete sprinkler and dust removal system is the key to solving this problem.Elaborated on the problems existing in the original water suction and sprinkler system,formulated a specific renovation technology plan,and analyzed the economic and social benefits of the renovation.
