摘要
介绍一种新型的水冷式盘式组合刹车送钻应用系统的技术性能、工作原理、结构和特点。该系统由软件和硬件2大部分构成,以水冷式盘式组合刹车的大小气缸为控制对象,采用电控气的原理送钻,形成由钻压外环与气缸压力内环构成的双闭环控制,主控钻压、辅控速度,实现了恒压送钻,保护了设备的安全。将该系统与同类送钻系统进行比较,总结该系统存在的优点和不足,并提出水冷式盘式组合刹车通过钻压优化改进送钻应用系统的方案。
Introduce the technical performance,working principle,structure,and charac teristics of a new type of water cooled disc combination brake drilling application system.The system consists of two main parts:Software and hardware.The large and small cylinders of the water cooled disc combination brake are used as the control object,and the principle of electric control gas is used to feed the drill.It forms a double closed loop control consisting of an outer ring for drilling pressure and an inner ring for cylinder pressure,which controls the drlling pressure and auxiliary speed,achieving constant pressure drlling and protecting the safety of the equipment.Compare this system with similar drilling systems,summarize the advantages and disadvantages of this system,and propose a solution for improving the drilling application system through drilling pressure optimization using water cooled disc combination brakes.
