Transformation and Optimization of the Supply-side of International Chinese Education in the Contemporary Era

新阶段,国际中文教育的需求侧出现多类型、多空间、多形态需求,而供给侧在供给保障体系、供给水平、供给主体参与方面均有待完善。参照“服务三角”理论模型,分析新阶段国际中文教育在供给战略、供给系统、供给主体所呈现的转型特点。为提升供给对需求的适配性,提出优化国际中文教育供给策略:以满足国际社会对中文教育的实际需求和潜在需求为核心,从宏观、中观、微观三个层面完善供给政策和制度保障,以数据链接并升级供给系统各构件,丰富国际中文教育供给模式,包括主体组合模式、国内外联动模式和区域联动模式。

The contemporary phase of international Chinese education is characterized by diverse,multi-dimensional,and varied demands from learners,necessitating advancements in the supply-side s assurance systems,quality of provision,and the engagement of providers.Employing the service triangle theoretical framework,this study delves into the transformative features of supply strategies,systems,and entities within international Chinese education at this new juncture.The strategies center on addressing both the explicit and latent needs within international Chinese education,refining supply policies and institutional supports across macro,meso,and micro levels,integrating and enhancing the supply chain through data,and diversifying the modes of provision,including models of provider collaboration,domestic international cooperation,and regional integration.
