摘要
冠状动脉血流储备分数(fractional flow reserve,FFR)是评价冠状动脉血管生理功能的金标准。基于冠状动脉CT血管成像的无创血流储备分数(CT-FFR)是研究冠状动脉疾病的新技术,它将计算机流体力学应用于解剖数据为临床医生提供了进一步的功能评估,以指导治疗决策。目前,CT-FFR的潜力已被认识到。在这篇综述中,介绍了CT-FFR的基本原理,CT-FFR对于冠状动脉疾病的诊断效能及影响因素,限制与不足及未来发展方向。
Coronary flow reserve(FFR) is the gold standa rd for evaluating the physiologic function of the co ronary vasculature.Noninvasive flow reserve fraction(CT-FFR) based on coronary CT angiography is a new technique for the study of coronary artery disease,which applies computational fluid dynamics to anatomical data providing clinicians with further functional assessment to guide thera peutic decisions.The potential of CT-FFR is now recognized.In this review,the basic principles of CT-FFR,the diagnostic efficacy of CT-FFR for coronary artery disease and the factors affecting it,limitations and shortcomings,and future directions are presented.
