摘要
随着我国城镇化快速发展,“城市病”也加速蔓延。为综合解决城市问题,开展轨道交通站点及周边片区TOD一体化开发,对提高交通服务便捷性与高效性有巨大作用。文章以重庆市轨道交通站点建设为例,阐述重庆市TOD模式的发展过程,对不同类型的轨道交通站点一体化开发的用地布局、公共交通和个体交通设计进行深入探讨,以期对重庆市轨道交通的绿色、低碳、可持续发展提供有益参考。
With the rapid development of urbanization in China,urban disease has also accelerated its spread.To comprehensively solve urban problems,TOD integrated development of rail transit stations and surrounding areas plays a great role in improving the convenience and efficiency of transportation services.Taking the construction of Chongqing rail transit stations as an example,this paper expounds the development process of Chongqing TOD mode,and deeply discusses the land layout,public transport and individual transport design of the integrated development of different types of rail transit stations,in order to provide a useful reference for the green,low-carbon and sustainable development of Chongqing rail transit.
