昆山开发区东安江黑臭水体综合整治对策分析

Analysis of strategies for comprehensive remediation of the black and odorous water bodies in Dong’an River in Kunshan Development Zone

摘要 针对昆山开发区东安江水环境现状,从“河岸、河底、河道水体”全方位出发,综合运用物理、化学、生态、水动力学等优势技术,提出控源截污、内源治理、生态修复、景观营造、长效管理等工程措施,开展东安江黑臭水体综合整治工作。整治工程构建了集休闲、交通、绿化于一体的水循环生态廊道体系,保障了生态景观系统的恢复和水生态系统的良好循环,工程建成后水体全面消除了黑臭,经过半年的稳定运行,各项水质指标稳定达到《地表水环境质量标准》(GB 3838—2002)Ⅳ类水标准,实现了东安江“水清、河畅、岸绿、景美”的治理目标。 Addressing the current water environment situation of Dong’an River in Kunshan Development Zone,comprehensive measures have been proposed focusing on riverbanks,riverbeds,and water bodies,utilizing a combination of physical,chemical,ecological,and hydrodynamic technologies.These measures include source control and interception,internal pollution management,ecological restoration,landscape construction,and long-term management.The project has established a water circulation ecological corridor system integrating leisure,transportation,and greening,ensuring the restoration of ecological landscape systems and the healthy circulation of aquatic ecosystems.After completion,the water bodies have been completely rid of black and odorous pollutants.Following six months of stable operation,various water quality indicators have consistently met the Class IV water standards specified in the Environmental Quality Standards for Surface Water(GB 3838-2002),achieving the goal of making Dong’an River“clear,flowing,green-banked,and beautiful”.
