近年来,非洲国家的政党政要、知名学者、智库专家和媒体记者对新时代中国特色社会主义的理论和实践研究日渐丰富。他们总体上肯定了中国共产党在推进脱贫致富、经济提质增效和自身建设方面取得的巨大成就和作出的世界贡献,对中国提出的“一带一路”倡议、人类命运共同体和发展绿色经济表示认可,普遍认为中国式现代化发展经验为探求自主自强的非洲现代化方案提供了有益启迪。与此同时,非洲人士在理解新时代中国特色社会主义的具体论题上仍然存在一些认识分歧和不容忽视的缺点。系统梳理和评析非洲思想界的理论成果,有助于我们拓展新时代中国特色社会主义研究的域外视野,进而为不断推进中国式现代化、合力推进世界现代化进程提供有益参考。

In recent years,an increasing number of political party leaders,renowned scholars,think tank experts,and media journalists from African countries have conducted abundant research on the theory and practice of socialism with Chinese characteristics for a new era.On the whole,they affirm the CPC's great achievements and global contributions in poverty alleviation and prosperity,improvement of economic quality and efficiency,as well as the CPS's self-construction.They also recognize the Belt and Road Initiative,a community with a shared future for mankind and the development of a green economy proposed by China.They believe that the development experience of Chinese modernization can provide useful inspiration for African modernization programs to build self-reliance and strength.Meanwhile,there are still divergent views and shortcomings among Africans in understanding the specific aspects of Socialism with Chinese Characteristics for a New Era.Systematically reviewing and analyzing the theoretical achievements in the African intellectual community is beneficial for us to accurately grasp its cognitive characteristics,reasons for differences,and shortcomings,and to unite African forces to collectively promote the modernization of human society.
