党的二十大就全面建成社会主义现代化强国,以中国式现代化全面推进中华民族伟大复兴作出系统论述和部署,提出“强国建设、民族复兴”这一新概念、新表述。把握“强国建设、民族复兴”话语的演进过程或流变迹象,及其建构的叙事结构和叙事视角,辩证澄析与历史确证国家富强和民族复兴的内在关联。结合“强国建设、民族复兴”的深厚价值,诠释党的创新理论的时代性和科学性,回答新时代“四问”,指导建设强国、推进民族复兴的伟大实践。新时代新征程“强国建设、民族复兴”需要构建叙事体系、破解独有难题、拓宽发展空间与营造稳定环境,确保“强国建设、民族复兴”的接续奋斗和顺利实现。
