摘要
项目管理是工程施工的一项重要内容,直接关系到项目的经济效益和社会效益。将BIM技术引入项目管理中,对工程管理效率的提高有着显著的效果。依托实际工程,通过BIM技术的智能建造,达到钢结构智能化深化设计、加工、预拼装与安装,创新了狭窄场地大跨度正交桁架智能建造技术,以及三维激光扫描与数字模拟预拼装技术,利用BIM+管理系统整合建筑信息模型和数据信息,能够显著改善工程建设质量,节省工程建设成本,有助于促进建筑行业的发展和进步。
Project management is an important part of engineering construction,which is directly related to the economic and social benefits of the project.Introducing BIM technology into project management has a significant effect on the improvement of project management efficiency.Relying on the actual project,through the intelligent construction of BIM technology,the intelligent deepening design,processing,pre-assembly and installation of steel structures have been achieved.The intelligent construction technology of large-span orthogonal trusses in narrow sites and three-dimensional laser scanning and digital pre-assembly have been innovated.The use of BIM+management system to integrate building information models and data information can significantly improve the quality of engineering construction,save engineering construction costs,and help promote the development and advance of the construction industry.
